FAQs

When do you arrive at the event?

When do you need us? Let us know the time of your event and the preferred setup time. We make plans to arrive early and get everything set up before any guests arrive.

What area do you cover?

We cover the North East of England. However, if you really want us there and we can make it, we will do our best endeavours to be there! Just get in touch and let us know the location of the event and we will confirm with you availability.

Is there a booking fee?

Talk to us first to make sure we are available on the dates you need. And if you’re happy to proceed we request a non-refundable £50 booking fee. This secures your date and goes towards the final balance.

When do I need to pay the balance by?

We are flexible so please talk to us about what suits you. You can pay upfront in full, with regular instalments leading up to the event, or just as and when you can. We only ask that the full balance is paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event.

Can I cancel?

The booking fee is non refundable as this secures your date and ensures no other bookings can be made. However, you can cancel anytime up to 4 weeks before the event with no additional charges.

How do I book?

Use the contact us form and send us a message with details of your event. We will confirm availability back to you within 24 hours and instructions on how to book if you wish to proceed.

Is there someone available for help if needed?

Yes! Our photobooth is attended at all events. Although everything is designed to be user friendly, we are on hand if anything goes wrong to get you back up and running and make the most of the experience.

When do I get my photos?

Guest photos are printed right after they take them! We use a professional event printer and photos will be printed, dry, and ready to handle within 15 seconds. For each visit two prints will be made, one for the guest book and one for your guests to keep.

What do the prints look like?

We have a range of templates to choose from for different event types. But, if you would prefer something custom to match your brand, colour theme, or anything else just let us know. We are happy to include names, dates, logos, or anything else in your print template. When you book we will confirm this template and send you a sample prior to the event.

Can I get digital copies of the prints?

Yes, after your event we will share a private link where you can see and download all your photos.

What happens if it rains?

You can carry on as normal or if preferred, the photobooth is easily detachable from the mount within the horsebox and can be moved to an indoor mount which we will provide. We will also erect a backdrop and bring the props inside too.

If for any reason we cannot make the event, and this would only be by an act of god out of our control, we would issue you a full refund including your booking fee.
